ASF MISSION STATEMENT

The ASF Mission is to seek continuous improvement within the SUBWAY® system by acting as an official voice for our members that is truly representative, independent and accountable to Australian and New Zealand Franchisees.

Our objectives have always been and will continue to be:

• To strengthen the Company-Franchisee relationship

• To be a key contributor to the strategic direction of the SUBWAY® system

• To improve the credibility and accountability of Franchisee representation throughout the SUBWAY® system

• To improve communication within the SUBWAY® community

• To provide a forum for Franchisees to offer suggestions or improvements to the SUBWAY® system

 

Without ASF there is no voice for stores.

 

The ASF-ANZ Board's main goal is to provide value to members. There are several ways we intend to achieve this including representation of members interests with SSC, information to members about what others are doing and providing a confidential forum for members to discuss current issues. This also involves assisting members to make business decisions using factual information and guidance from professional advisors.
